Refund and Cancellation Policy

Part of what you pay us is our service charge; part may be paid to third parties (embassy, government office, airline, hotel, courier). Third parties set their own refund rules. We pass on any refund we actually receive from them.

• Before we start work: you may cancel and get your advance back in full.
• After we start: our service charge for the work already done is not refundable. We tell you the amount before you decide.
• Embassy, visa-centre, government and bank fees are not refundable once paid, even if the application is rejected, unless the authority itself refunds them.
• If we make a mistake that causes an application to fail, we will correct it at no extra service charge or refund our service charge for that application.

• Refunds, date changes and cancellations follow the airline's fare rules. Penalties and fees apply and differ by fare.
• We check the rule and tell you the exact figure before you decide.
• Refunds are paid to you after the airline pays us, which can take time. Our service charge for the change or refund may apply.

• Cancellation terms depend on the hotel, resort or package and are shared with you before you pay.
• Non-refundable and peak-season bookings may not be refundable.
• If we cancel a booking we confirmed, we refund what you paid for it in full or offer an equal alternative of your choice.
