Terms of Service

Rajan Travel and Computers (RTC), Kandapara, Narsingdi, Bangladesh. We are a travel agency and document service provider. We prepare, check and submit applications and bookings on your behalf. We are not an embassy, airline, government office or any authority that makes the final decision.

• Visa, passport, certificate and other approvals are decided by the relevant authority. We cannot guarantee approval or a processing time.
• Rules, fees and requirements of embassies, airlines, hotels and government offices change without notice. We tell you what we know at the time.
• Any time we mention is an estimate, not a guarantee.

• Give us correct, complete and genuine information and documents. Names must match your passport or NID exactly.
• Do not give us false or forged documents. We will stop work and may refuse the service.
• Tell us promptly if your plans or details change.
• Check tickets, bookings and applications we send you before you travel or submit.

We confirm our service charge before starting. Third-party costs (embassy, government, bank, airline, hotel, courier) are separate and are quoted to you separately. Payment is made only to the bKash, Nagad or bank details published on our website or confirmed by us on WhatsApp. We do not ask for your PIN or OTP. Our refund policy explains refunds.

We handle your documents as described in our Privacy Policy.

We take care in preparing your work. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for loss caused by decisions or delays of embassies, airlines, hotels, government offices or other third parties, by incorrect information supplied by you, or by events outside our control.

আমরা আবেদন ও বুকিং প্রস্তুত ও জমা দিই; ভিসা, পাসপোর্ট বা সার্টিফিকেট অনুমোদন দেয় সংশ্লিষ্ট কর্তৃপক্ষ, তাই অনুমোদনের নিশ্চয়তা দিতে পারি না। সঠিক ও আসল কাগজ দিন, নাম পাসপোর্ট/এনআইডির সঙ্গে হুবহু মিলতে হবে। সার্ভিস চার্জ আগে নিশ্চিত করা হয়; দূতাবাস, এয়ারলাইন ইত্যাদির খরচ আলাদা।
